 Breadcrumb is a widely used food additives materials, which are generally used for frying and fried food surface, such as: fried chicken, fish, seafood

 (shrimp), chicken, chicken wings, onion rings. 

 Also bread crumbs can also be used in other products such as: squid string. Squid rings. Kat fish. Shrimps shavings.  

Using breadcrumbs as food coating defines product shape, extends flavor, binds and protects integrity.

Pour 130ml water and 100g panko into a bowl and blend them. You may adjust the water to make it thick or thin.

 Cold water and Egg are not necessary here.

 Put the pot on the fire and add adequate oil. When there is small bubble arises from the bottom to the surface; the temperature is proper for frying. (160°C--180°C)
